8. Cookies and third-party content

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. This website uses no cookies other than those strictly necessary for it to work. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, which is why we do not ask for consent through a cookie banner.

  • Fonts and images are served from our own server, so your IP address is not sent to Google or other providers.
  • The Google map in the Contact section loads only after you click “Show map”. Only then does your browser connect to Google Maps, which may process your IP address and set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Videos and social media are not embedded. Links open YouTube, Facebook or Instagram in a new tab, where their own rules apply.

If we start using tools such as analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

9. Security and changes to this policy

We protect your data with technical and organisational measures: the website runs over a secure connection (HTTPS), only authorised people have access to the data, and we choose suppliers with data protection in mind.

We may update this policy, for example when our services change. The current version is always published on this page.

10. Consumer disputes

If we cannot resolve a dispute arising from a contract by mutual agreement, you as a consumer can turn to the body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. This is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr.
